Lights at the spacing you choose, in custom-cut aluminum track matched to your fascia. Magnetic Pebble mounts on a steel drip edge instead.

Lifetime light warranty, 10 years on the controller and 1 year on workmanship.

How the feet are counted

Roofline lighting and Christmas lights: the length of the roof edges being lit.
Bistro strings: the suspended strand path, including the sag between posts.
Tree wrap: the full path around the trunk and branches, not the height of the tree.

There is no job minimum: a short run is priced by the foot, the same as a long one. The free measure tapes every run, and your written quote uses those measured feet.

Lights run along the fascia under the drip edge: eaves, gables, garage and porch. Each gable counts as two sloped runs, which is why two-story homes measure long.

What your quote should include

The selected lights, spacing and mounting method, including the custom-cut aluminum finish for track packages.
Controller, power supplies and any extra electrical work, shown separately.
The measured runs, installation labor, access equipment and cleanup.
App setup, your first scenes and a handover of the controls.
Applicable permits, taxes, payment schedule and quote expiry.
The lifetime light warranty, 10-year controller coverage, 1-year workmanship terms, service charges and who to contact.

What can add to a job

Lifts, new outlets, poles and support cable may add to the total; confirm each item before accepting the quote. When a job needs electrical work, we bring in licensed electricians we trust.
