Permanent lighting in La Center
La Center is a small river town with a growing hilltop. The old town along the East Fork Lewis River is compact single-story homes with short rooflines; the newer subdivisions up the hill are two-story homes with 200 to 250 feet of roofline, many in HOAs. Outside town it's acreage with shops. We install permanent lighting across all three at the same published pricing, and La Center is close enough to our base that measures are usually within two days.

What it costs here
Typical La Center homes we measure run 140 to 250 feet of lit roofline. That range in the two packages we recommend most here, controller included.
| Package | Rate | 140 ft | 250 ft | ≈ Monthly at 250 ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pebble Track | $32/ft | $4,480 | $8,000 | $689/mo |
| Magnetic Pebble | $35/ft | $4,900 | $8,750 | $753/mo |
Monthly is a 12-month, 5.9% APR example. Running cost on Clark Public Utilities at 8.79¢/kWh: about $0.95 a month for 250 pebbles at four hours a night.
Homes and rooflines here
Hilltop homes are 2005 to present with composite fascia and aluminum drip edge, so channel on the fascia is the mount. Old-town homes have painted wood fascia and, on older reroofs, occasionally a steel drip edge that takes magnets. Acreage shops toward Ridgefield are steel, which is Magnetic Pebble territory.
HOAs: varies by subdivision. The HOA guide and template letter.
Two packages that fit

Pebble Track
Standard pebbles in channel with covers. The everyday roofline install and our most-quoted package.

Magnetic Pebble
Deep pebbles that stick to a steel drip edge. No track, no covers, no tape.

River fog and tape cure
The East Fork valley holds fog on fall mornings, and fascia can be damp until midday. 3M VHB needs a dry surface, so La Center installs are scheduled with bonding after the fog lifts and lights set through the afternoon. It's a small scheduling detail that matters for a bond that has to hold for years.
