Permanent lighting in Felida
Felida's view homes face west over Vancouver Lake and Lake River, and the west elevation is where the light goes. These are large custom and semi-custom homes from the 1990s onward, 260 to 340 feet of roofline, with tall gables, covered decks and columns that all take light well. On view lots we lead with Deep Pebble Track: the extra brightness carries across the lake and the lights are seen from a long way off. Felida is also HOA country, and fascia-matched track with a warm-white default is what those committees approve.
From $32 per foot, controller included. Free measure anywhere in Felida, usually within three days.

The west side sunset problem
West-facing elevations in Felida get full afternoon sun in summer, which is the hardest test for any adhesive. 3M VHB is rated far above the temperature a fascia reaches, but the surface must be clean and the bond gets 72 hours before the strand is loaded. We schedule Felida west elevations for morning bonding so the tape sets before the sun hits.

Homes and rooflines here
Custom homes in Felida often have stained cedar fascia, which takes 3M VHB well once it is clean and dry but shows a channel more than painted fascia does; we bring brown, light brown and sand samples to the measure. Covered decks and column tops on the lake side are natural spots for accent runs on the same controller. Long eaves mean power injection every 200 lights, which is included in the per-foot price.
HOAs: common; our approval packet is built for it. The HOA guide and template letter.
