Year-round house lights: installed once, lit every night
“Year-round lights,” “forever lights,” “permanent house lights” — different names for the same upgrade: a discreet LED channel mounted along your roofline once, then left up all year.
Warm white for ordinary evenings, red-and-green for December, your team’s colors on game day — all from a phone app, with no ladder, no tangled strands and nothing to take down in January.

Year-round vs seasonal Christmas lights
Seasonal C9 installation is hung in November and removed in January, and you pay to re-hang every year. Year-round permanent lighting is installed once and lit every night after. Seasonal costs less up front; permanent costs more once, with nothing to re-hang.
What you can do with them
Set a warm-white everyday scene on a schedule so the house lights itself at dusk, then switch to holiday palettes, patriotic red-white-blue, or a single accent color for a party — each is a tap.
- Warm white every evening on a schedule
- Holiday and seasonal color scenes
- Game-day and event colors
- Dimming and per-run control from the app
Built to stay up through PNW weather
Because they live outside all year, the lights are Minleon RGBW+2 sealed to IP66 and rated below freezing, in an aluminum channel bonded with 3M VHB and bracketed at every corner for the Gorge wind. Backed by a lifetime light warranty, a 10-year controller warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty.
