Christmas lights in Lake Oswego
Lake Oswego's tree lighting at Millennium Plaza Park on the Friday after Thanksgiving opens the season, and the lakefront and First Addition streets follow within the week. We hang commercial single-color C9s on clips for $11 per foot in year one with takedown and storage included; warm white is the Lake Oswego default. A 240-foot home is $2,640. Design guidelines in Mountain Park and several lake HOAs allow seasonal displays in a defined window, which our install and takedown dates fit.

Thinking about permanent instead?
Your year-1 seasonal price is credited toward a permanent install the following year. Typical Lake Oswego homes run 200 to 340 feet of roofline; permanent Pebble Track at $32 per foot is $6,400 to $10,880 once, lit every night. Permanent lighting in Lake Oswego.
Lakeside elevations from the water
If you host on the lake side, we light that elevation to be seen from the water: the eave line plus the deck rail. It's the run guests notice.
